Who Is Looking After The Shop

A Ballymena shopkeeper lay dying in bed with his family gathered around him.
'Are you there, Sadie?' he called plaintively.
I'm here, Sammy,' said his wife, taking his hand.
'Are you there, Ian?'
I'm here, daddy.'
'Are you there, Maisie?'
I'm here, daddy.'
Is everyone here, Sadie?'
'Yes, darling, everyone's here.'
'Well, then, who the hell's minding the shop?'
